The e-tech learning approach helps overcome much of this logistical conundrum by providing high quality ‘blended learning solutions’ designed and delivered to suit your site needs.

The first part of our unique and flexible learning approach includes a series of dynamic and interactive online technical training modules allowing the learner to study from anywhere and at any time.  Some individuals pick up new learning concepts very quickly while others the process is a little slower. The e-tech solution allows learners to revisit the modules several times until they have all achieved the required level of underpinning knowledge and understanding. This approach better prepares the whole team for the shorter, more highly focused and site-specific training which normally follows. Each modules is stand alone and so can be selected on a needs basis for individuals with varying degrees of knowledge and experience.
